Just a word of sincere thanks for the friendly reception and most competent treatment that both my wife and I have received from all in the practice over more than a decade. TEETH WHITING
I wanted the stains of a miss-spent youth removed from my front teeth
I have had enough of these stains caused by experimenting with tobacco, excessive quantities of Double Diamond and quaffing Mateus Rose
Mary, Allison and the dental practice team got me on the whitening course, which was easy to use, at my pace and to a tooth white that suited me

Snoring no more!
Following many years of snoring which disturbed my wife's sleep, I recently decided to have the Solutions 4 Snoring Sleepwell device fitted at the Charlbury Dental Practice. Since being fitted with the Sleepwell my snoring has stopped altogether and my wife is able to sleep undisturbed once again. It took a couple of weeks for me to get used tot wearing the Sleepwell, but now that I am used to it I sleep as well as I ever did. The Sleepwell is simple to use and I would recommend it to anyone suffering from a lack of sleep due to snoring.

Migraine and headaches cured
After experiencing migraines, usually for no less than three consecutive days, and following a very stressful time last year, Mary advised using an NTI bite guard. I wore it at night, and within just a week or two there seemed to be a significant improvement. In May of this year Mary offered me occlusal adjustment, which I went ahead with. Once I became used to the difference of having an evenly balanced bite, the headaches have now disappeared. It was a completely painless procedure, which I would certainly recommend to anyone suffering with headaches/migraines.

Cerec
Having just had 3 Cerec implants I would like to say how delighted I am with them. They have transformed my smile from showing my silver fillings to looking as if my teeth are perfect. The colour matches exactly with my teeth and I do not feeel as if there is anything unusual in my mouth. The results are definitely better than I could have imagined possible and I would recommend this procedure to anybody. In just two hours a horrible large filling is replaced by a perfect looking tooth. Many thanks.

Report on Clench Inhibitor
I have experienced migraines since childhood, with varying frequency, sometimes as often as weekly, and with varying intensity. The clench inhibitor has proved very helpful.The next migraine proved very mild. Later, after a tiring few days when normally I would expect a bad migraine, the symptoms were very much reduced. I find I have less tendency to giddiness since using the device. I also sleep better and am less tired during the day. I continue to use the clench inhibitor nightly- with gratitude!
